Returns Policy

How do I place a return?
Damn it! We’re sorry you didn’t love your Gleamy order. Just send us an email at help@gleamy.co with your order number and the items you’re not happy with and we’ll take care of the rest. Please don’t try to send us your items back before we’ve approved the return.

What if I can’t find my return slip?
Our packages don’t contain a return slip. Just send us an email at help@gleamy.co with your order number and the items you’re not happy with and we’ll take care of the rest.

What’s your return policy?
All return requests must be submitted to us within 7 days of receipt of the order. If your return is approved, we’ll refund the whole or partial order (excluding shipping costs) to the original form of payment.

All items must be returned in the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, brushes and tools must be returned in the original sealed packaging. We cannot refund items that have been opened.

A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

We’re only a small business, so unfortunately items are returned at your own cost.

If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.

How long does it take to process a return?
It can take up to 14 days to process your refund from the date we receive the items back.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Yikes! Send us an email at help@gleamy.co and we’ll make sure you get the correct products!
